Job Description

Gardner Farm Child Care is seeking a Full-time Diploma qualified to join our education and care team.

- Essential Criteria: Diploma qualification
- NSW working with children's check Geccko - National child safety training Current
- First Aid & CPR qualification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have a proactive can-do attitude
- Knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Assist with the preparation and organisation of materials, resources, and equipment for children’s educational activities.
- Support positive behaviour management and promote children’s social, emotional, and interpersonal development.
- Plan, prepare, and facilitate engaging age-appropriate educational activities.
- Engage children through storytelling,



reading, games, and other interactive activities.
- Maintain active supervision of children during recreational and group activities, ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times.
- Support and supervise children throughout their daily routines, including transitions between activities.
- Promote and maintain high standards of personal hygiene and assist children with age-appropriate hygiene routines as required.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent ongoing position Pay: $76000 to $81000 per annum plus superannuation Gardner Farm Child Care - 16B Gardner Road, Falls Creek NSW 2540
