The Salvation Army is seeking an AOD Intake & ThroughCare Nurse for the Geelong Withdrawal Unit in Corio, VIC. This fixed-term, part time role involves guiding participants from referral through withdrawal and ongoing care in a multidisciplinary team.

Reporting to the Nurse Team Leader, you will deliver person-centred clinical support, assess health needs, and promote continuity of care to improve outcomes for people experiencing AOD and mental health challenges.
