Job Description

Sibella Care in Sydney is seeking a compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to assist participants with complex mental health needs and disabilities in community settings. This role includes risk assessments, activity planning, and support aligned with individual NDIS plans.

You will work across Western Sydney to North Shore areas on a casual basis, with a strong emphasis on person-centred care, documentation, and ongoing career development.
