You will undertake direct service activities, crisis intervention, assessment and case management to support young people in out of home care residential homes, adolescent placements and child protection involvement.

The role requires expertise in adolescent development and trauma-informed AOD practice, with the ability to provide leadership, mentorship and team-oriented
