About the Role

n

We are seeking reliable, qualified, and values-driven Disability Support Workers to join our growing team.

n

You will provide direct support to participants with complex needs, including physical, cognitive, and behavioural support requirements, within SIL homes and community environments.

n

This role requires a high level of professionalism, consistency, and adherence to established support frameworks.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

Deliver person-centred supports aligned with individual support plans and Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs)

n

Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal care

n

Support participants with community access and social engagement

n

Implement positive behaviour support strategies in line with authorised practices

n

Accurately document all supports, incidents, and observations in FlowLogic

n

Participate in structured handovers and team communication processes

n

Maintain a safe environment and escalation risks, incidents, or changes in participant presentation

n

What We're Looking For

n

Minimum 6 months experience in disability, aged care, or community services

n

Experience supporting participants with complex behaviours (highly regarded)

n

Strong preference for candidates with experience supporting participants with complex behaviours

n

Strong understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and participant safeguarding

n

Ability to follow structured processes and work within compliance frameworks

n

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Reliability and commitment to rostered shifts

n

- Minimum 6 months experience in disability, aged care, or community services

- Experience supporting participants with complex behaviours (highly regarded)
