As a Warehouse Pick Packer, you will support the day-to-day warehouse operation. Depending on the area you are assigned to, your responsibilities may include picking, packing, replenishment, bulk shipping, and general warehouse tasks.
Location: Tottenham, VIC
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $33.05 per hour + super
What You'll Be Doing
- Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Replenishing shelves and ensuring stock is available for picking.
- Packing orders and preparing them for dispatch.
- Processing orders using the company's computer system.
- Using RF scanners to pick, scan, and process stock.
- Preparing bulk orders for shipment.
- Moving stock and trolleys safely around the warehouse.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work area.
- Following warehouse procedures and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Supporting other warehouse tasks as required.
KPI – Depending on the area you'll be assigned to
- Packstation:
160 orders per day
- Picking: 100 orders per hour
- Bulkship: 200 orders per day
- Refill: 6 trolleys loaded per hour
You will be expected to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy, quality, and secure working practices .
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous pick-packing or warehouse experience .
- Experience using RF scanners .
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual warehouse duties.
- A reliable and hardworking attitude.
- The ability to follow instructions and warehouse procedures.
- Your own reliable car and a valid driver's licence.
- Flexibility and availability to work on an on-call basis .
