We are seeking a reliable and compassionate female Disability Support Worker to join our team in Seaford and provide person-centred support to a participant in their home and community.
Available Shifts
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
- Morning: 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM (3 hours)
- Afternoon: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM (3 hours)
- Total: 6 hours per day
Tuesday
- Morning: 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM (3 hours)
- Afternoon: 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM (3 hours)
- Total: 6 hours
Passive Sleepover – IMPORTANT
We are specifically looking for a female support worker who is available and willing to work the Passive Sleepover shift .
- Passive Sleepover: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- The sleepover involves remaining at the participant's home overnight and providing assistance if required during the sleepover period, in accordance with the participant's support plan.
Availability for the Passive Sleepover shift is an key requirement for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing respectful, person-centred disability support
- Supporting daily routines and activities
- Assisting with personal care and household tasks where required
- Supporting community participation
- Following the participant's support plan and organisational procedures
- Completing accurate shift notes and documentation
- Maintaining a safe, positive and respectful environment
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, punctual and responsible
- Compassionate and patient
- Comfortable working independently
- Experienced or interested in working in disability support
- Available for the listed shifts, including the Passive Sleepover
- Committed to providing high-quality, person-centred support
