Sphere Wellness Studio - North Melbourne VIC

You will primarily coach semi-private personal training sessions (small groups, capped numbers), delivering high-quality, structured training in a supportive and qualified environment. Hours include early mornings, afternoons/evenings, and Saturday mornings. Session times are structured, consistent, and designed to support trainer longevity and client results. We'll help you build a consistent roster and reach full-time hours!

Key responsibilities

Coach semi-private training sessions with clarity, energy, and purpose

n

Deliver safe, effective, and progressive programs

n

Build strong relationships with members and contribute to a positive studio culture

n

Support client consistency, confidence, and long-term adherence

n

Uphold Sphere's standards around professionalism, punctuality, and care

n

About you

n

Minimum of 3 years' experience in the health and fitness industry

n

Holds Cert III & IV in Fitness (or equivalent)

n

Confident in coaching a wide range of abilities,



particularly adults aged 30-60

n

Values coaching, communication, and relationships, not just programming

n

Reliable, professional, and leads by example

n

Wants to learn, grow, and develop within a premium training setting

n

Cares deeply about helping people build sustainable habits and long-term results

n

Experience with semi-private training (preferred)

n

Interest in recovery, wellness, or holistic health approaches (preferred)

n

Strong people skills and emotional intelligence (preferred)
