About us

Express Wastewater Solutions installs wastewater systems across Brisbane. We're a close-knit install team that works hard, backs each other up, and takes pride in doing the job properly. We're growing and looking for a junior apprentice to bring on board and train up.

About the role

You'll be out on the tools every day with our install team, working sites across Brisbane's north, south and west. This isn't office work - it's real, physical work where you can see exactly what you built by the end of the day. You'll learn the trade from experienced tradesmen, start on the basics, and build up from there.

We're offering a full plumbing apprenticeship, or a fast-tracked drainers apprenticeship for the right person. Either way, there's real earning potential - good money within 2 years if you put the work in.

What you'll be doing

- Working alongside our install team on wastewater system installs across Brisbane
- Learning trade skills on the job, from the ground up
- Using tools and machinery,



digging and working outdoors in all conditions
- Keeping sites clean, protected and organised
- Showing up switched on and ready to work

What we're looking for

- Junior apprentice - no experience necessary, but a good attitude is a must
- Someone who likes working with their hands and seeing the results of a job done properly
- A knack for machinery, cars, outdoor work or landscaping - even just mucking around at home counts
- Own transport (must)
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and keen to learn
- Someone who wants a trade
- Someone who values being part of a good team
