BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
n Part-time – Two days per week | Flexible working arrangements

Precision Pipe Technologies (PPT) is a growing Western Australian company delivering drainage maintenance, high-pressure jetting, CCTV inspection, vacuum services and trenchless pipe rehabilitation.

n

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to help strengthen our existing client relationships and identify new opportunities across the water, wastewater, drainage and local government sectors.

n

This is a part time role of approximately two days per week, with flexible working arrangements available.

n

The role

n

Working closely with PPT's Director and management team, you will assist with developing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and industry stakeholders.

n

Key responsibilities will include:

n

Identifying upcoming projects, tenders and contract opportunities

n

Developing and maintaining relationships with Water Corporation, local government and industry clients

n

Monitoring procurement pipelines, panels and forward work programs

n

Supporting tender and proposal strategies

n

Attending client meetings, industry events and networking opportunities

n

Following up enquiries, quotations and prospective projects

n

Promoting PPT's drainage, CCTV, vacuum and trenchless rehabilitation capabilities

n

Assisting with capability statements, presentations and business development material

n





Maintaining a structured pipeline of opportunities and reporting on progress

n

Working with the operations team to ensure opportunities align with PPT's capabilities and capacity

n

About you

n

The successful candidate will ideally have:

n

Previous experience within the drainage, wastewater, civil construction or utilities industry

n

Established experience working with Water Corporation and local government clients

n

A sound understanding of Water Corporation procurement and contracting processes

n

Strong professional networks within the relevant sectors

n

Excellent communication and relationship-management skills

n

Experience identifying, developing and converting business opportunities

n

The ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively

n

Pipe relining or trenchless rehabilitation experience, which is highly desirable

n

Flexible, part-time working arrangements

n

Work with an established and growing Western Australian contractor

n

Build on PPT's existing government, utility and commercial relationships

n

Represent a capable operational business with a broad range of specialist services

n

We are also recruiting for a full-time Project Manager. For an exceptional candidate with suitable project management, estimating and business development experience, there may be an chance to combine the two positions.
