About the Role
n
As Scheduling Manager, you'll lead a team of Scheduling Supervisors and support the development of a centralised scheduling model focused on efficiency, compliance, consistency and service excellence.
n
You'll spend time each week supporting teams in Currambine, Rockingham and Mirrabooka, while also working from our West Perth Head Office. The role will focus on workforce planning, stakeholder engagement, continuous improvement and leading teams through change.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support Scheduling Supervisors across three service hubs
n
- Drive workforce planning and scheduling optimisation
n
- Ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory and organisational requirements
n
- Analyse workforce data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
n
- Improve scheduling processes, systems and operational practices
n
- Build robust relationships with operational leaders and key stakeholders
n
- Coach, mentor and develop scheduling team capability
n
- Support organisational change and continuous improvement initiatives
n
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture
n

About You
n

- Previous scheduling, rostering or workforce planning experience
n
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to unite and motivate teams

- A solid understanding of compliance, legislation and operational risk

- Strategic thinking and strong problem-solving capabilities
