This is an prospect to join a well-established and successful organisation providing products and services across the healthcare sector.

We’re looking for a Showroom Assistant to join their Wollongong showroom on a permanent, full-time basis. Working Monday to Friday 8.30AM-4:30PM, this is a varied role combining customer service, retail sales and administration.

You’ll be the first point of contact for customers visiting the showroom, helping them find the right products and ensuring they receive a positive experience from initial enquiry through to order.

What you’ll be doing:

- Providing friendly and proactive customer service in person, over the phone and via email
- Assisting customers with product selection and providing product demonstrations
- Processing quotes, orders and invoices through the POS system
- Keeping customers updated on the progress of their orders




- Maintaining a welcoming and well-presented showroom
- Supporting the team with general administration as required

What we’re looking for:

- Previous experience in retail, customer service or a healthcare-related environment preferred
- Exposure to large CRM systems and confident using a computer
- Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable manner
- Good administration and computer skillsA genuine customer-focused attitude and willingness to help
- Confidence working with a diverse range of customers
- A team player who is happy to get involved and support where needed
