The Job Position

Step into the buzz of show season! As a Junior Sales Assistant, you'll be at the heart of the action - serving happy customers, handling sales, and helping make every visit to our stand a highlight of their day. It's a fun, fast-paced role at one of the most popular stands at the show.

What you'll be doing

Operating POS system and processing sales quickly and accurately

Delivering friendly, upbeat customer service to a steady stream of visitors

Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions with care

Keeping your stand well-stocked, tidy and welcoming throughout your shift

Helping create a fun, memorable experience for every customer

What we're looking for

A positive, can-do attitude and plenty of energy for busy periods

Confidence handling cash and giving correct change

Experience in a fast-paced setting (retail, hospitality or fast food is a bonus, not essential)

Able to work long hours on your feet

Reliability and a genuine enjoyment of working with the public

Availability across the show period, including weekends

Pay: Amusement, Events and Recreation Award 2020
