We're looking for an experienced Plumber to become a key part of the business from day one. This is not just another plumbing position. You'll join the business during its establishment phase, initially working hands-on while also taking responsibility for technical leadership, quality, compliance and mentoring.

We will service the Moreton Bay region and more than 20 surrounding suburbs, creating significant scope to build a strong local operation and team. As the business grows, we want this role to grow with it. For the right person, there is a genuine pathway from senior hands-on plumber into a leadership and management position, helping shape the team, standards and day-to-day operation of the business.

Key responsibilities

- Complete plumbing and gas works
n
- Provide technical leadership
n
- Mentor plumbers and apprentices
n
- Maintain quality, safety and compliance
n
- Support quoting and technical advice
n
- Liaise with customers,
suppliers and stakeholders
n
- Identify and manage job variations
n
- Support planning and scheduling
n
- Improve systems and processes
n
- Support recruitment and team development
n

About you
n
n
- Certificate IV in Plumbing / QLD Contractors Licence
n
- Current Queensland plumbing licence
n
- Gas fitting licence highly regarded
n
- Construction Industry White Card
n
- Current driver's licence
n
- Strong technical plumbing experience
n
- Robust communication and problem-solving skills
n
- Confident working autonomously
n
- Interest in mentoring and leadership
