Job Description

We're looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Content Creator & Video Editor to join our team.

n

This is an entry-level role with a strong focus on videography, filming and video editing. You'll support our content team in capturing and creating engaging content across our brands, events and digital channels.

n

You'll enjoy being behind the camera, have a good eye for compelling content and be excited to develop your skills across filming, editing and content production.

n

Alongside video production, you'll support the wider marketing team with basic social media management, including preparing, scheduling and publishing content across our channels.

What You'll Be Doing

n

- Filming and capturing high-quality content for our brands, campaigns and events
n
- Shooting short-form social content, interviews, behind-the-scenes footage and promotional videos
n
- Editing videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts and other digital channels
n
- Turning long-form footage, interviews and event content into engaging short-form edits
n
- Supporting filming days, content shoots and on-location event coverage
n
- Helping develop creative video concepts, hooks and campaign ideas
n
- Keeping up with video, editing and social media trends, and identifying formats we can adapt for our brands
n
- Organising and managing video footage and other content assets
n
- Creating simple static graphics and social media assets when required
n
- Scheduling and publishing approved content across our social media channels
n
- Uploading approved copy and creative assets to social media scheduling platforms
n
- Ensuring scheduled content is correctly formatted and published across the relevant channels
n
- Assisting with basic social media captions and content preparation when required
n
- Supporting the wider marketing and content teams with day-to-day content requirements

About You

n

This is a junior,



entry-level position, so we're not looking for someone with years of professional experience. We're looking for someone creative, motivated and genuinely interested in building a career in videography and content creation.

n

You'll ideally have:

n

n
- A strong interest in videography, video editing and content creation
n
- Some experience filming and editing video, whether professionally, through university, freelance work or personal projects
n
- Confidence using video-editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro or similar
n
- An understanding of how to shoot and edit content specifically for social media
n
- A good eye for framing, composition and engaging visual storytelling
n
- Basic social media skills, including scheduling and publishing content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube
n
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools, or a willingness to learn
n
- Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar
n
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
- A willingness to learn, experiment and bring fresh content ideas to the team
n
- Confidence working both independently and collaboratively
n

Experience using cameras, lighting, audio equipment or professional filming setups would be beneficial, but isn't essential.
