Job Description

Kanda is seeking a passionate Case Manager for its Children, Youth & Family Services team on the Sunshine Coast. You will lead a dedicated team of residential care workers, walk alongside young people in residential care daily, and advocate for their needs while shaping service delivery.

You will develop and review individual care plans, collaborate with government agencies and community partners, and ensure timely reporting and administrative tasks.
