Commonwealth Bank is seeking a Customer Banking Specialist at the Charlestown Branch for a part time role totaling 13.5 hours per week. Shifts include Tuesday and Wednesday 9.30am–2.00pm and Saturday 9.45am–2.15pm, with duties centered on serving customers, handling enquiries, and processing credit product applications.

You will conduct Financial Health Checks, explain banking options, and promote in-branch digital tools while maintaining our risk-aware culture.
