Flexi Personnel are seeking Trade Assistant to join our various clients in and around the Western suburbs.

About the Role:

As a Trade Assistant, you will be responsible for duties including:

- Assisting technicians and mechanics with installation, servicing and repairs of transport refrigeration systems.
- Use hand and power tools to support mechanical and electrical work.
- Prepare tools, equipment and materials for jobs and assist with workshop and site tasks.
- Support equipment assembly, maintenance and troubleshooting under technician supervision.
- Quick learner with the ability to pick up new skills and procedures quickly.
- Reliable and hardworking, with a strong commitment to completing tasks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area while following workplace safety procedures.

Not essential but a bonus

- Background in transport refrigeration and a mechanically sound mind.
