Focus Apartments in Surfers Paradise is seeking a Front Office superstar to deliver exceptional service. This casual role offers approximately 15–20 hours per week with an immediate start.

Responsibilities include operating the REI Cloud PMS, assisting guests, processing arrivals and departures, inputting bookings, and handling daily emails. You will liaise with Maintenance, Housekeeping and Body Corporate as required.
