Springwood Kids Early Learning Centreis an Reggio Emilia inspired centre and is uniquely designed. It caters for 103 children a day aged betweensix weeks and six years,grouped into a Junior Wing for under 2's and a Senior Wing for over 2's. Fully equipped with their own learn to swim pool, children's cafeteria,food exploration laboratory and art space, Springwood Kids Early Learning Centrereally is the centrethatchildren deserve.

The successful applicantfor thisrolewill:
Possess a genuine desire and commitment for working with children
MUST have previous experience.
MUST hold a Cert 3 OR Diploma in Children's Services
Willing to work 3-4 days a week between open and close of the service
Be willing to work as part of a team to provide high-quality care for children
Express a genuine passion or interest in the Reggio Emilia philosophy
Take pride in the presentation of the centre
Demonstrate excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
Show a explicit understanding of the NQF (National Quality Framework), EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework) and if applicable QKLG (Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines)
