Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting clients with daily personal care tasks (e.g. showering, grooming, dressing).
- Supporting clients in accessing the community (e.g. transport, social outings).
- Helping with light domestic tasks (e.g. cleaning, meal prep).
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Promoting client independence, dignity, and choice.
- Accurate reporting and communication with supervisors.

Essential skills, qualifications and competencies:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, respectful, and inclusive approach
- Willingness to learn and follow individual care plans
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- NDIS worker orientation module certificate.
- A certification in disability, mental health, or aged care (desired)
- 100 Points of Identification
- Working with children check
- Police check/Criminal check

Mandatory Requirement:

- Driver’s license and access to a car
