Strata Assistant | CBD Fringe | Up to $80K + Super

We’re looking for a Strata Assistant to join a well-established boutique strata business and work closely alongside an experienced Strata Manager. You’ll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day management of a diverse portfolio, while gaining valuable exposure to the wider strata management process.

This is a great chance for someone who already has strata experience and wants to build their knowledge, take on more responsibility and progress their career.

What you’ll be doing

- Assist the Strata Manager with the day-to-day management of their portfolio
- Coordinate AGMs, including calling meetings and issuing meeting notices
- Prepare agendas, minutes and meeting documentation
- Action minutes, work orders and approve invoices
- Manage general correspondence with owners, committees and contractors
- Assist with setting up and amending company procedures




- Prepare presentations and supporting documentation
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the Strata Manager

About You

We’re looking for someone who has previous strata experience and is ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll ideally have:

- Previous experience working within strata
- Current Strata Certificate of Registration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A proactive and switched-on approach
- A genuine interest in developing your career within strata
