- You will contribute to resident wellbeing by delivering and supporting diversional therapy activities tailored to individual and group needs.

- You will support the smooth operation of the unit by following procedures, assisting colleagues, and using equipment and systems effectively.

- You will maintain a safe, respectful, and positive environment by adhering to WHS requirements, protecting confidentiality, and contributing to a strong team culture.

- You will work collaboratively with nurses and multidisciplinary professionals in a structured workplace that values teamwork, respect, and high-quality care, while building your skills in direct care and resident support.
