Flagsmile Dental is expanding and has big goals for 2024 and beyond. We are looking for a dental assistant who will support the dentists in providing excellent dental care and customer service.
You’re looking to kickstart your career in Dentistry. No prior experience is required but it would be an advantage if you have some customer service or hospitality experience.
You understand the importance of taking good care of people (especially when they are anxious!), you love helping others and you have the ability to find solutions.
You work efficiently, function well under pressure and you get things done.
You love the challenge of a busy role, where there is always something to do, and something to learn.
You enjoy working in an organised and structured workplace.

we are committed to supporting you in providing an amazing experience to all our patients.
Your days of work will be:
Weekdays 8:30am to 6:30pm
You will be given at least one rostered day off each week (which will be the same day every week).
Please indicate your availability for working Saturdays.
These hours will be confirmed further in the recruitment process.
Some overtime may be required depending on daily operations.
You will also be given training on the reception aspects of the role.
