Join Sureway's National Contact Centre team as a ContactCentre Consultant where you'll manage inbound enquiries and provideprofessional support to callers nationwide. Located in our Wagga Head Office,you will be provided with comprehensive training and development amongst asupportive team. In this dynamic role, you'll handle diverse queries,coordinate services, and assist Sureway colleagues across our metro and regional offices in NSW, Victoria, ACT, SA, Qld & WA. The work is highpaced and KPI driven yet rewarding.

Duties

- Manageinbound call queues
- Appointmentbooking and calendar management
- Adminsupport for completion of routine contract specific tasks
- Arange of other duties to support our frontline teams
