Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Project Manager / Delivery Manager to lead complex SAP S/4 HANA transformation project for a leading organisation based in Melbourne.

This is a senior role for someone who can take ownership of complex SAP delivery, confidently lead multiple workstreams and provide strong governance, commercial and stakeholder leadership.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Own scope, schedule, budget, RAID, resources, dependencies and delivery governance.
n
- Drive SAP Activate across the full implementation lifecycle.
n
- Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and govern gaps, RICEFW and scope decisions.
n
- Oversee and drive Agile delivery, including sprint planning, sprint execution, stand-ups, reviews/playbacks and retrospectives.
n
- Coordinate SAP configuration, development, integration, testing, data migration and cutover.
n
- Partner with senior business stakeholders, project leaders and executives.
n
- Manage delivery risks, issues, dependencies and change control.
n
- Provide commercial oversight across project budgets, forecasts and change requests.
n
- Lead Agile/Scrum delivery where applicable.
n
- Mentor delivery teams and drive a high-performance delivery culture.

What we're looking for

n

We're keen to speak with Senior SAP Project Managers, SAP Delivery Managers and Scrum Masters who have:

n

n
- Must have SAP S/4 HANA project delivery experience
n
- Solid knowledge of SAP Activate and SAP implementation methodology.
n
- Must have proven experience delivering or overseeing Agile sprints, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
n
- Experience managing multiple SAP workstreams.
n
- Strong project financial and commercial management experience.
n
- Excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills.
n
- The confidence to challenge plans, resolve delivery issues and drive outcomes.
n
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, SAP Cloud ALM and MS Project will be highly regarded.
