About the role
You’ll complete high-quality painting and finishing work across residential, commercial and heritage projects throughout the Central Tablelands.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Surface preparation, painting and finishing
- Maintaining clean, organised and protected work areas
- Working with project managers, site teams and other trades
- Delivering reliable, professional workmanship
About you
- Fully qualified Painter with demonstrated residential and/or commercial experience
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Reliable,
professional and safety-focused
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Current Australian driver’s licence and reliable transport, or the ability to travel to Bathurst-based sites each day
- Full and unrestricted Australian working rights

Location and work rights
This is a Bathurst-based role requiring reliable daily attendance at local project sites. Applicants already living in Bathurst, the Central Tablelands or nearby areas are encouraged to apply.
Applicants must already hold full and unrestricted Australian working rights. Visa sponsorship and relocation support are not available.
