About the Role

We’re seeking a Dental Assistant to join our friendly, passionate team in Maroochydore, QLD. You’ll play a key role in creating exceptional patient experiences and supporting our clinicians in a modern, thriving practice.

Your Day-to-Day as a Dental Assistant:

- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and instruments.
- Assist chairside during dental procedures.
- Manage patient records and medical histories.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-op care.
- Ensure every patient feels comfortable, cared for, and confident.

About You

- A outstanding communicator who loves connecting with people.
- Confident, proactive, and calm under pressure.
- Organised, professional, and eager to learn.
- Experienced in dental (preferred but not essential).
- Passionate about helping others and being part of a team that makes a difference.
