HOLLY ROSE HAIR PTY LTD Key Responsibilities The role includes, but is not limited to: Providing high-quality cutting, colouring, styling and hair extension services Carrying out in-depth client consultations for colour and hair extensions and creating personalised colour and extension plans that suit each client’s hair, lifestyle, maintenance needs and desired result Performing hair extension services including nano rings, micro rings, tapes, wefts and keratin bonds, depending on experience and training Building strong client relationships through warm, professional service and effective communication Maintaining accurate client records after each appointment, including formulas, extension details, maintenance notes and personalised client preferences Taking high quality photos and videos of your work each week for use across the salon’s social media and marketing Maintaining a clean, organised and sanitised work area Staying up to date with salon systems, booking processes and service standards Contributing to a positive, respectful and team-focused salon culture

Essential Skills & Experience Certificate III in Hairdressing or equivalent 4+ years qualified salon experience Confident in modern colour, foiling, glossing, cutting and styling Solid consultation skills and client communication Ability to manage your own column confidently High attention to detail and pride in your work Reliable,



professional and well-presented Confidence working independently in a boutique salon environment Available to work Saturdays Full Australian working rights Desired Skills & Experience Experience specialising in blondes, lived-in colour, dimensional brunettes or brondes Experience with tape, nano, keratin bond and weft extensions Redken colour experience preferred

Interest in ongoing education and development Comfortable creating or capturing content of your work for social media

About Company Holly Rose Hair is a premium colour and hair extensions salon in Coogee, specialising in modern colour and luxury hair extensions. We are looking for an experienced Senior Hair Stylist to join our close-knit team.

This role would suit someone who is confident on the floor, takes pride in high-quality work, and enjoys creating beautiful, wearable results for a loyal and growing client base. Our salon specialises in tape extensions, nano rings, keratin bonds and wefts, alongside modern colour, cutting and styling. Hair extensions experience is preferred, although training can be provided across our preferred methods.
