- Liaise with yards, wharves, and relevant parties to arrange inspections
- Conduct inspections and ensure the accuracy and authenticity of inspection records
- Maintain inspection records properly and in an organized manner
- Report any abnormal issues identified during inspections to the manager
- Liaise closely with other company staff to ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently
- Perform other duties as directed
About you
- Be legally entitled to work in Australia
- Hold a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle
- Be hardworking, reliable, responsible, and a solid team player
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with basic spoken and written Mandarin skills
- Have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
