BaptistCare NSW & ACT seeks a solutions‑focused, relationship‑led Sales Manager to support its Retirement Living portfolio across Wagga Wagga and the ACT. You will guide older Australians through major lifestyle decisions, drive occupancy, and contribute to recent development projects.

Based in Wagga Wagga or the ACT, you will meet residents, conduct tours, host events and steer resales and off‑the‑plan sales while collaborating with Operations, Marketing and Home Care teams.
