What the role is about

n

As a Concierge Attendant, you'll support the guest experience across arrivals, departures, and everything in between. You'll work flexibly across shifts, stepping in where needed to keep service seamless, warm, and effortless.

What you'll do:

- Welcome guests and create a great first impression
n
- Share recommendations for dining, events, and things to do in Melbourne
n
- Help with luggage, transport bookings, and special requests
n
- Work across Bell Desk, Concierge, and Valet responsibilities as needed
n
- Use hotel systems to manage guest requests efficiently
n




- Build genuine connections by remembering guest preferences
n
- Keep service calm, organised, and thoughtful even when busy
n

Non-Negotiables:

- Full Australian Driver's Licence (essential for valet duties)
n
- Ability to work in a hotel environment (flexibility across shifts is required)
n
- Physical capability for hands-on duties (e.g. luggage handling, guest support)
n
- Strong communication skills and professional presentation
n
- Basic computer literacy / comfort using hotel systems
n
- Calm, composed approach in a fast-paced guest service environment
n
- Genuine commitment to delivering high-end guest experience and service standards
