About the Role n

As an Area Manager , your focus will be on ensuring stores consistently deliver the required standards across quality, customer service, merchandising, food, fuel and overall store operations .

n

You’ll spend time in the field conducting audits and assessments, but just as importantly, you’ll work alongside store teams to coach, influence and implement practical improvements .

What You'll Be Doing n

n
- Champion retail standards across stores, including merchandising, marketing, point-of-sale and customer service
n
- Conduct quality, standards, audit and product compliance checks
n
- Monitor compliance across food safety, safe working practices and workplace health & safety
n
- Identify operational gaps and work with Licensees and Store Managers to develop and implement improvement plans
n
- Coach and train store teams to ensure consistent brand and operational standards
n
- Complete the full audit cycle , assessing operational effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance
n
- Analyse audit findings and store data, preparing clear reports and recommendations for stakeholders
n
- Identify opportunities to improve sales, marketing and store performance , and support their implementation
n
- Build strong relationships with Licensees, Store Managers and internal and external stakeholders
n
- Support new store openings and the rollout of field programs and initiatives
n
- Travel regularly across the state, including some overnight stays and occasional air travel
n

We’re looking for someone who is commercially minded, confident working with people and comfortable assessing performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Whether your background is in retail management, fast food, petrol & convenience or auditing , this is an opportunity to take your experience into a broader, multi-site Area Manager role.

To Be Successful, You'll Bring n

- Previous experience in retail, fast food, food service, petrol & convenience or auditing
n
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify operational gaps
n
- Experience working with standards, compliance, processes or performance
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
- The confidence to coach, influence and work with people at all levels
n
- The ability to analyse information and produce clear, accurate reports
n
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
n
- A practical, solutions-focused approach
n
- Good commercial awareness and a focus on achieving results
n
- A current Australian driver's licence and willingness to undertake frequent travel
n
