My client, a leader in the Australian Investment space, is currently seeking an experienced hands‑on Senior Change Manager to join them for an initial 12 month daily rate contract, with the view for long term extension. The role will be responsible for leading end‑to‑end change delivery across a number of BAU and project initiatives, across technology and the business. The role will be responsible for a range of change responsibilities including project communications, change frameworks, change uplifts & org change initiatives.

The requirements:
- Strong experience in Change Management in a 'change advisory' type of role - ability to adapt across different BAU and project initiatives
- Solid Communications experience
- Strong experience across end-to-end change delivery experience, from Change Impact Analysis to business planning, change framework, change uplifts and org change
- Financial Services/Investment/Super/Wealth Management domain experience (highly regarded)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills including business stakeholders, leadership and executive level
- Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous, environments with diverse stakeholder groups
- PROSCI certification (highly advantageous)
- Project Management certifications highly advantageous
