About the role

We are looking fora highly skilled and energeticFull Time Sales Associateto joinour Mulberry team in Chadstone, Melbourne. The roster for this role is Sunday to Thursday.

The successful candidates:

- Will provide every customer with an exceptionalcustomer service experience
- Consistently striveto overachieve in set sales budgets and KPIs




- Useproduct knowledge to maximise and drive sales
- Engage,developand maintainkey relationships with the core luxury consumer whilst building a strong CRM network
- Are ambassadors for the Mulberry brand and demonstratepassion in all aspects of their role
- EnsureVM presentation standards meet company requirements and reflect the brand
- Ensurehousekeeping standards are maintained to a high standard
