The role
Applications are currently invited for this wonderfulopportunity working within our Crowther Centre as a Projects &Operations; Coordinator.
The Crowther Centre at Brighton Grammar School is responsiblefor enhancing the knowledge of our staff and the learningexperiences of our students and the wider Community throughresearch in contemporary and future strategies in teaching andlearning.
Reporting to the Executive Assistant, the Projects & OperationsCoordinator is responsible for coordinating internal and externalinitiatives and maintaining systems, communications and practicalarrangements that enable programs, presentations, professionallearning and events to run effectively. Note: this role will berequired to work 26.5 hours per week, across 4 or 5 days per week.This role will work during term time only.
In order to thrive in this position, you will require:
- Tertiary qualification,
preferably with experience in aneducational or research environment.
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills, withstrong accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong planning, project coordination, time management andorganisational skills.
- Communicate ideas clearly for different audiences.
- Confidence working with internal and external stakeholdersand anticipating practical requirements.
- Flexibility, sound judgement, discretion, initiative andcommitment to continuous improvement and inclusivepractice.
- An employee working with children check and currentnational criminal record check will also be required prior tocommencement.
