LocatedatEssendon Fieldswithinabroadermanufacturingprecinct,ourworkplaceisdesign-led,team-oriented,andsupportive. Thisroleisbasedprimarilywithinourfactoryenvironment,supportingthedeliveryofhigh-qualitymodularresidentialprojectsfromconceptthroughtocompletion.

Abouttherole

WeareseekinganexperiencedProjectSupervisorwithstrongcommercialconstructionormodularhousingexperiencetooverseefactory-basedprojectdelivery.

n

ReportingtotheConstructionManager(FactoryVIC),youwillactasthekeylinkbetweenProjectManagers,trades,subcontractors,andsuppliers,ensuringmodulesaredeliveredsafely,efficiently,andtothehighestqualitystandards.

Yourexperienceincommercialconstructionwillbeessentialininterpretingdrawings,coordinatingtrades,andensuringcompliancewithAustralianbuildingstandardswhilemaintainingprogramandproductiontargets.

Yourday-to-daywillinclude:

- Supervisingmodularconstructionactivitieswithinthefactoryenvironment

- Ensuringworksarecompletedinlinewithconstructiondrawings,specifications,andqualitystandards
n
- MonitoringprogressandprovidingupdatestotheProjectManager
n
- EnforcingstrictadherencetoOH&SrequirementsandModscapesafetysystems
n
- Conductingqualityinspectionsandensuringdefect-freehandoverstandards
n




- Planningandsequencingworkstoalignwithproductionschedules
n
- Supportingresolutionofsite/factoryissuesanddrivingpracticalconstructionsolutions
