Heuvel Construction is a Sydney based residential construction company specialising in high end architect designed new homes, renovations and alterations and additions.
The role
You will work across our residential projects throughout Sydney, undertaking a broad range of carpentry and joinery work including:
- Reading and interpreting architectural and construction drawings
- Setting out and constructing timber framing, floors and roof structures
- Installing windows, doors, frames and fixtures
- Internal fitout including skirtings, architraves and detailed finishing work
- Alterations and detailed architectural carpentry
- Coordinating works with site management and other trades
- Ensuring work is completed accurately and to a high standard
About you
We are looking for someone with:
- Relevant carpentry and joinery trade qualifications
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Experience in residential construction
- Robust understanding of architectural drawings and construction details
- High standard of workmanship and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a construction team
- Current Australian driver's licence
- Construction White Card
- Full Australian working rights
