H4RGUN PTY LTD is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our Subway store located in Tallawong, NSW.

Location: S No.23, Ground Floor/1 Themeda Ave, Tallawong NSW 2762
Employment: Full time, Permanent
Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 + superannuation per annum

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the store.

- Monitor stock levels, inventory, ordering and product availability.

- Manage store sales, budgets, operating costs and financial transactions.

- Recruit, train, roster and supervise store staff.

- Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation.

- Implement store promotions and local marketing activities.

- Monitor store performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and operational efficiency.

- Ensure compliance with food safety,



workplace health and safety and company procedures.

Requirements

- Relevant qualification in business, retail or management, or equivalent relevant experience.

- Minimum 1 years of relevant retail/fast-food management experience.

- Strong leadership and staff management skills.

- Sound understanding of stock control, budgeting and store operations.

- Excellent communication, organisational and customer service skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
