We are seeking reliable and customer-focused shuttle bus drivers to join our airport parking team in Mascot. Our nine-level parking station provides customers with a free, on-demand shuttle service operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week, between our parking facility and all Sydney Airport domestic and international terminals. As one of the first and last people our customers meet during their journey, you will play an important role in providing a safe, productive and welcoming experience.
Key responsibilities
- Safely transport customers between our Mascot parking station and Sydney Airport terminals.
- Provide friendly, professional and helpful customer service.
- Assist customers with loading and unloading their luggage.
- Respond promptly to customer pickup requests.
- Communicate effectively with customers and the operations team.
- Complete routine vehicle safety checks before each shift.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the shuttle bus.
- Follow designated routes, workplace procedures and all road-safety requirements.
- Report vehicle issues,
incidents or delays promptly.
- Assist with general parking-station duties when required.
About you
- Is reliable, punctual and committed to every scheduled shift.
- Has excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Is a secure, responsible and courteous driver.
- Remains calm and professional in busy situations.
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
- Is able and comfortable assisting customers with luggage.
- Is available to work across a 24-hour rotating roster, including early mornings, nights, weekends and public holidays.
- Has a good driving record and strong knowledge of the Mascot and Sydney Airport area.
- A current and valid NSW driver license appropriate for shuttle vehicles operated.
- Full Australian working rights.
