Kelm Hire is seeking a skilled and experienced Workshop Mechanic/Technician to join our team in Cheltenham, VIC. As a full-time Workshop Mechanic, you will be responsible for providing exceptional mechanical services and maintenance to our diverse fleet of construction plant & Equipment, ensuring performance and safety.

Qualifications & experience

- Diesel Mechanic Experience (Advantage)
n
- OEM Experience Highly Desirable (Advantage)
n
- Valid EWP License (Advantage)
n
n
Tasks & responsibilities
n
n
- Repairing Small Engines, Earth Moving, EWP, Compaction post-hire.
n
- Pre-Hire checks on equipment and small engines
n
- Servicing repairing and maintaining access equipment (booms and scissor lifts)
n
- Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems
n
- Assist with basic customer service for walk-in customers
n
- Thorough technical understanding
n
- Ability to assist with servicing of Material handling products
n
- Plenty of additional hours on offer
n
- Uniform provided
n
- Above industry standard salary and high 'on target earnings'
