About the role

The Dispatch Officer will be responsible for invoicing and dispatching daily cases for Andent and Dentmill (part of Modern Dental Pacific).

Key responsibilities

Package Cases: Inspect, wrap, and pack completed dental restorations (crowns, bridges, dentures) safely for delivery.

Manage Shipping: Generate courier labels and match shipping documentation correctly to each distinct dental case.

Generate Invoices: Create and issue accurate invoices through the lab management software based on completed prescriptions.

Ensure all orders are processed each day.





Ensure checks are carried out on all customer orders.

Other reasonable duties as requested by management.

Be motivated and work autonomously but also as part of a team

Flexible approach and solid problem-solving skills

Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work under pressure

Flexible and able to multi-task; can work within an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, while also driving toward clarity and solutions.
