Ironbrij is seeking a Family Support Worker to assist children, young people, individuals and families experiencing disability or complex support needs. You will work within person-centred and family-centred frameworks to identify needs, set goals and coordinate access to appropriate services.

The role involves collaborating with families, carers, case workers and allied health professionals to promote safety, wellbeing and positive family outcomes in line with individual support plans and NDIS
