Key responsibilities

- You will provide direct care to residents in a residential aged care setting, helping with personal care, mobility, hygiene, grooming, toileting, laundry, environment care, and other day-to-day support tasks.
- Deliver respectful, compassionate care to residents in line with their individual needs.
- Assist with personal care tasks including bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility support, and transfer assistance.
- Support residents with communication aids, hearing aids, glasses, laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe workplace.

What you need

- Experience providing direct care in a health, aged care, disability, or similar setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to work under supervision, use initiative, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
