The Responsibilities

- Contribute to the development, refinement and implementation of the global market development strategy.
- Partner with regional and country teams to understand market needs and support the effective implementation of strategies, tools and resources.
- Translate clinical, scientific and health economic evidence into clear commercial narratives and market activation resources.
- Support initiatives that strengthen the appreciation of the health impact from severe to profound hearing loss and encourage behaviour change among healthcare professionals.
- Build effective partnerships across Medical Affairs, Market Access, Clinical Strategy, Advocacy, Communications and commercial teams, as well as selected external stakeholders.

About you

- At least five years' experience in market development, commercial strategy, market access, medical marketing, product marketing or a related commercial role within the med-tech or pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience working across global,



regional or multiple markets and supporting implementation within diverse healthcare systems and stakeholder environments.
- Demonstrated ability to translate clinical, scientific or health economic evidence into explicit commercial strategies, stakeholder narratives and implementation resources.
- Strong commercial mindset and project management skills, with the ability to convert strategy into practical plans and manage multiple priorities, timelines and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions, regions and external partners.
- An analytical and action-oriented approach, with the resilience, initiative and adaptability to solve problems, work independently and deliver outcomes in an ambiguous environment.
