My Pharmacy Yass is seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join our team on a full-time or part time basis at our location in Yass, NSW 2582. As a Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective dispensing of medications, providing expert advice to customers, and contributing to the overall healthcare of our community.

What you'll be doing

- Accurately dispense and label prescription medications, ensuring patient safety and compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines
- Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care, including medication reviews, counselling patients on the proper use of their medications, and identifying and resolving any potential drug-related problems
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and nurses, to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensure the proper storage and handling of all pharmaceutical products
- Contribute to the overall operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, stock ordering, and the implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures

What we're looking for

- A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification
- Current registration as a Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Australia
- Demonstrated experience in a community pharmacy setting,



with a minimum of 2 years' post-registration experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, healthcare providers, and team members
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
- A commitment to providing high-quality patient-centred care and a passion for the pharmacy profession
