Haidley Homes is looking for a reliable, fit and motivated Carpenter to join our growing team. You'll be working across residential building and construction projects. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who wants to work hard, learn the trade and build a long-term career in construction.

Key responsibilities

- Work on residential building and construction projects
- Perform manual work throughout the day
- Follow instructions and work independently when required
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality and keeping the job site clean and organised
- Demonstrate good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Maintain a professional appearance and pride in representing the company

About you

- Experience as a construction labourer and/or carpenter
- A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- A current manual driver's licence
- Your own reliable transport




- Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual work throughout the day
- Basic knowledge of carpentry and general construction
- A willingness to learn and develop your trade skills
- The ability to follow instructions and work independently when required
- A strong focus on safety, quality and keeping the job site clean and organised
- Positive communication skills and a positive attitude
