Requirements & Eligibility

- Minimum2–5years'experienceinaSousCheforsimilarseniorkitchenrole

- Strongexperienceworkinginbreakfastorbrunch-focusedkitchens

- ExperiencewithmodernAustralianbreakfastcuisineishighlydesirable

- Provenabilitytosuperviseanddevelopjuniorchefs
n
- Confidentleadershipskillswiththeabilitytoleadbyexample

- Strongunderstandingoffoodpreparation,presentationandqualitystandards
n
- Knowledgeofstockcontrol,ordering,foodsafetyandkitchenprocedures
