We are seeking a professional, warm, and detail-oriented Reservations Agent to join our team. This is a key role responsible for shaping the guest journey before they even arrive.

About the Role

As a Reservations Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, managing bookings across our restaurants, wine terrace, and cellar door. You will play an essential role in delivering a seamless and personalized experience from enquiry through to arrival.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to phone and email enquiries with professionalism and warmth
- Maximize bookings while maintaining the integrity of service standards
- Communicate guest preferences and special requests to the floor teams
- Coordinate daily menu changes and printing with kitchen and front of house leaders
- Support event and group bookings coordination
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and database records




- Assist with reporting and daily booking summaries

- Previous experience in reservations, front office, or hospitality roles
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Confident with booking systems and basic reporting tools
- A calm and solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced environment
