This is an Agribusiness Analyst role focused on helping agricultural businesses improve performance and achieve their goals. You will undertake financial analysis, technology implementation, budgeting, forecasting and client advisory support. You will learn from experienced consultants and business advisers, implement leading financial technology including Xero and Figured, turn financial data into meaningful business insights, and develop expertise in agribusiness and farm financial performance.
Key responsibilities
- Implement and support Xero and Figured systems
- Prepare monthly and quarterly business reports
- Develop budgets, cash flow forecasts and three-way forecasts
- Analyse business performance metrics
- Train clients and provide practical solutions
About you
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with financial reporting and business metrics
- Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft 365
- Ability to manage priorities
- An interest in agriculture and business
- Desirable: Accounting, bookkeeping, agricultural finance, farm budgeting, Figured, AgriWebb, Agworld or related business systems
